3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of service completion.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 2 business days.
Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellation by Client:
>Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing a written notice at least 2 days before the next billing cycle.
>In the case of prepaid services, cancellations will be subject to a pro-rata adjustment or as defined in the service agreement.
2.Service Cancellation by Toffee Media
We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-payment, lack of communication, or breach of contract by the client.

3. Impact of Cancellation:

>Clients are responsible for securing any deliverables completed prior to cancellation.
